Vision and values

I have always been deeply passionate about children's development and continually seek the best ways to support their growth. My journey in early childhood education led me to the Montessori philosophy - a transformative approach that profoundly touched me.

I was fascinated to witness how children progress and evolve when given the freedom to explore, choose, and learn at their own pace. With over 15 years of teaching experience and a Montessori certification, I felt inspired to create a space where children could truly flourish.

My Montessori Way preschool was born from this vision: a nurturing environment where each child is respected as an individual and supported in developing the skills, knowledge, and self-assurance they need to thrive. Inspired by the belief that every child learns in their own unique way, I’ve blended the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) with Montessori principles to offer a holistic, child-led approach. Here, children are free to explore, guided by caring educators who honour their natural rhythm and innate potential.
